Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Philippines to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and execute repairs with close supervision.

The role supports energy management and safety compliance across building infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience, can lift heavy loads, and is proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of job-related experience or combination of experience and education.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Follow basic work routines and standards; exchange straightforward information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and collaborate with teams to track completion.
• Support energy management and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Deliver output under supervision according to established processes.
