Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Philippines to maintain small to mid-size buildings and industrial systems. You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy management while following established procedures under supervision.

The role focuses on mechanical, electrical, and building systems with routine inspections and compliance checks to ensure safety and reliability. A suitable candidate has 1–2 years of related experience and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs+.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and exchange information clearly.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under close supervision.
