Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems in optimal condition in the Philippines. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support repairs across mechanical, electrical, and other systems on site.

The role requires lifting and physical endurance, basic work routines, and effective communication with teams. MS Office proficiency and strong organizational skills are valued for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information and follow instructions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset to assess and improve building operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with teams to track completion.
