Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with installation and modification of building equipment.

This role is based in Tagbilaran, Philippines, with on-site work and day shifts. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
