Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and repair.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow procedures and exchange information clearly and concisely.
• Perform tasks under supervision and deliver output accordingly.
• Collaborate with team to ensure reliable facility operations.
