Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as Building Manager, Property Manager, or similar role.
• Background in Engineering/Building Operations.
• Experience in leasing, tenant relations, and property management.
• Knowledgeable in building maintenance, facilities management, and safety compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to coordinate with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the building.
