Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• PRC Licensed Engineer.

• Background in Property Management and coordination with service providers.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of building facilities and equipment.
• Inspect MEPF systems regularly.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
