Job summary

Qualifications

• Physically able to perform cleaning, lifting and basic maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, utility or similar work is an advantage.
• Reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and responsible.
• Willing to work flexible schedules when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
• Collect and properly dispose of garbage and waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas throughout the day.
• Replenish cleaning and sanitation supplies when needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor utility tasks as assigned.
• Report damaged facilities, equipment, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining areas for meetings, company activities, and other events.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow workplace safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
• Perform other related utility and maintenance duties as assigned.
