Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in property, facilities, building, or asset management.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance and property operations.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, tenants, and employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Willing to conduct regular site/property inspections and field work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and maintenance of company properties, facilities, and staff accommodations.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and other property-related concerns with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor utilities, property-related expenses, and maintenance requirements.
• Manage staff house assignments, occupancy, turnover, and property-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of company properties, equipment, furnishings, and other assets assigned to each property.
• Coordinate property lease, renewal, and other documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable property regulations.
• Address and resolve property-related concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports and recommendations regarding property conditions, repairs, improvements, and expenses.
