Infinity 88 Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative/Facilities Supervisor to oversee repairs, maintenance, and related admin tasks in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant, and well-documented maintenance operations.

Supervise and coordinate administrative activities related to repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility maintenance.
Receive, monitor, and track repair and maintenance requests from various departments.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel, contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work.
Prepare and maintain work orders, maintenance records, service reports, quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
Monitor the status and completion of repair and maintenance activities and provide regular updates to concerned departments.
Assist in obtaining and evaluating quotations for repair works, materials, equipment, and services.
Maintain an organized filing system for maintenance-related documents, contracts, warranties, and service records.
Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure that preventive maintenance activities are properly documented and followed up.
Assist in monitoring maintenance expenses and ensure that supporting documents are complete and accurate.
Coordinate inspections and follow up on outstanding repair concerns and recurring maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and established administrative procedures.
Prepare reports and summaries on maintenance activities, pending requests, expenses, and completed works.
Supervise administrative staff supporting repairs and maintenance activities, as applicable.
Perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
With relevant experience in administration, facilities, repairs and maintenance, property management, or similar operations.
Preferably with supervisory or team-lead experience.
Strong organizational, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Able to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in resolving administrative and maintenance-related concerns.
Willing to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments as needed.
