Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Workshop Coordinator in Calamba, Laguna to manage the distribution of Repair Orders to technicians and oversee the check-ups and delivery times for each job.

You will report to the office from 8:30 to 5:30 and ensure efficient utilization of workshop staff. The role requires NC1/NC2 certifications, 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of car parts, and a valid CDL for both automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Automotive Course or related field.
• NC1 and NC2 certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Knowledgeable in car parts and flexible.
• Must know how to drive automatic and manual transmissions with a valid professional driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Distribute Repair Orders to technicians and monitor progress.
• Review RO and vehicle checks; track delivery time.
• Prepare daily reports to the Service Manager.
• Ensure efficient usage of technicians.
• Coordinate job cards via workshop systems (DMS).
• Input and update job status and hours worked.
• Collaborate with Workshop Supervisor and Service Advisor on parts, status, and repairs.
• Monitor pending units and inform supervisor of delays or additional work.

Job Description

• Responsible in the distribution of Repair Order to the specialized Technician checks and evaluates work done by technicians through Repair Order(R.O) and actual vehicle Check-up and monitor Delivery time of Repair for a specific Job.


• Reports to the office from 8:30-5:30


• Responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians to a specific work


• Ensuring successful distribution of job cards through the workshop


• All related administration is completed to an accurate standard.


• Ensure accurate & timely processing of all job card write-ups and job completion status on DMS


• Pass all completed jobs to service costing / warranty / administration for invoicing whilst ensuring all work hours expended have been documented


• Operate the workshop loading system, allocating jobs to the Technicians who are most suitable


• Monitoring all Job in process and status


• Able to coordinate with Workshop Supervisor and Service Advisor regarding the Job status , pending, on going, parts allocation and delivery of unit


• Able to monitor number of hours work done by technician


• Must be able to coordinate with Service Advisor pending units and additional work or recommendation of repairs


• Able to submit daily reports to Service Manager


• Update monitoring board, reports of pending units inside the workshop


• Maintain 5s at all times


• Performs any other tasks that maybe required by management
