Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a Site Supervisor to conduct regular inspections, coordinate repairs, and supervise maintenance teams across multiple project sites.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of building systems, leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel within Metro Manila; driving a motorcycle with license is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, residential construction, general repair works, or site supervision.
• Broad knowledge of architectural, civil, plumbing, waterproofing, roofing, and basic electrical maintenance.
• Ability to identify common building defects, assess causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience supervising construction workers, maintenance personnel, or subcontractors.
• Strong leadership with a confident, assertive, and professional demeanor.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills with clients, homeowners, workers, and management.
• Resourceful, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel between multiple project sites within Metro Manila.
• Graduation in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology or related technical course is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues, building defects, and repair works.
• Assess and troubleshoot common residential and building concerns including water leaks, roofing, plumbing, drainage, electrical, masonry, ceiling, painting, and other general maintenance issues.
• Supervise maintenance personnel, construction workers, and subcontractors to ensure proper execution and timely completion of works.
• Monitor daily manpower attendance, work assignments, productivity, and site accomplishments.
• Inspect ongoing and completed repair works to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with homeowners, clients, suppliers, and project personnel regarding maintenance concerns and repair schedules.
• Address site-related concerns and provide practical recommendations for corrective action.
• Prepare basic inspection reports, document maintenance issues, and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Travel between assigned project sites to monitor maintenance activities and manpower performance.
