Job description

The Building and Facilities Officer is responsible for overseeing the overall administration, maintenance, sustainability, and operational efficiency of office and warehouse facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, functional, and well-maintained building operations through effective facilities management, supervision of janitorial and maintenance services, coordination of repairs and preventive maintenance activities, implementation of environmental sustainability and ESG initiatives, monitoring of safety and regulatory compliance requirements, support for risk reduction programs, and coordination with external service providers as well as government and private agencies, contributing to business continuity, workplace safety, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the achievement of the company’s organizational and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, Occupational Safety, or other related courses.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities administration, building operations, property management, or administrative support, preferably in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledgeable in facilities maintenance, vendor coordination, housekeeping supervision, utilities monitoring, safety compliance, and administrative documentation control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of preparing operational, compliance, and monitoring reports.
• With good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills; preferably with Safety Officer II and First Aid certification or related HSSE training.
