Qualifications

• Automotive/Mechanical Engineering graduate required.
• BRP experience 3-5 years preferred, Automotive/BRP background beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim processing is needed.
• Customer service mindset essential.
• Proficient in computer operations and systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive any vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Determine the type of service to perform.
• Prepare an estimated damages report for the unit.
• Process body repair and insurance claims with insurance company.
• Follow up with the insurer to obtain LOA.
• Evaluate LOA against estimated repair costs.
• Convert LOA to RO.
• Maintain communication with customers.
• Monitor the repaired unit and provide updates.
• Submit daily reports: Released, Estimated, WIP.
