Job summary

The role requires experience in finance or operations, strong Excel and data analysis skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. You will work with IT to integrate new business into AR and support controls and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance or operations environment.
• Strong data and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Proactive communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build a professional working relationship with clients and TP ICAP employees.
• Meet key targets as agreed with management.
• Maintain accurate manual task records.
• Recommend and implement improvements to systems, processes and procedures.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and controls and monitor and report breaches.
• Meet audit requirements & deadlines.
• Work with IT to ensure new business is integrated into AR and to ensure AR development requirements are met.
• Assist AR team with manual ad hoc tasks where required.
• Identify and remedy data issues.
