Job summary

Yellow Brick Road in Manila-based operations is seeking an experienced Broker Onboarding Coordinator to facilitate accreditation for brokers within the YBR network. You will manage data, educate brokers, and ensure compliance with lender guidelines while maintaining CRM data integrity.

You will balance high-volume workloads with a customer-centric mindset, delivering accurate documentation, timely audits, and smooth onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Australian broker onboarding or Accreditation experience;
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload & work well in stressful situations;
• Strong customer focus, putting the customer at the centre of all that you do;
• Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal communication) and organisational and administrative (data entry/excel) skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritise tasks, think proactively, take direction and meet strict deadlines.
• Must have a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

The Broker Services Co-ordinator will be responsible for facilitating the smooth Accreditation Process of brokers to the YBR and YBR Aggregation network and maintain an accurate and up to date data base of broker documentation in accordance with guidelines as set down by the Compliance Dept and regulatory bodies.
