Job summary

Yellow Brick Road in Manila-based operations is seeking an experienced Broker Onboarding Coordinator to facilitate accreditation for brokers within the YBR network. You will manage data, educate brokers, and ensure compliance with lender guidelines while maintaining CRM data integrity.

You will balance high-volume workloads with a customer-centric mindset, delivering accurate documentation, timely audits, and smooth onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Australian broker onboarding or Accreditation experience;
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload & work well in stressful situations;
• Strong customer focus, putting the customer at the centre of all that you do;
• Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal communication) and organisational and administrative (data entry/excel) skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritise tasks, think proactively, take direction and meet strict deadlines.
• Must have a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate data collection directly with brokers and the Sales team
• Conduct education and industry screening checks
• Manage the accreditations process with YBR's panel of bank and non-bank lenders
• Process broker group and broker cancellations
• Maintain the accuracy of CRM's and network drives
• Complete lender audits
