GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Logistics and Production Supervisor to oversee daily chicken production and coordinate dispatch and logistics in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan. The role focuses on meeting targets, ensuring quality, and maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced food production environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in engineering and at least 1 year in production or logistics, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related course.
With at least 1 year of experience in production, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
Knowledgeable in production planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily chicken production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Plan and coordinate product dispatch and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company operational standards.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare production, inventory, and logistics performance reports.
Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize production and delivery efficiency.
