Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management and/or related courses.
• 3–5 years of experience in Account, Brand or Project Management or similar role with a team.
• Experience in people management and leading campaigns or events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brand Team and coordinate with the Executive Committee.
• Oversee internal and external communications, campaigns, and admin operations.
• Manage brand experience and relationships with partners and suppliers.
• Drive process improvements and dashboards tracking for brand initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for performance and growth.
• Ensure alignment of brand strategies with company goals and values.
