Job summary

Unilever Design is seeking a Design Manager/Sr. Design Manager to shape iconic brands across packaging and visual identity.

Based in Mumbai, you will lead brand design from concept to execution, translating briefs into insight-led solutions and delivering design projects with cross-functional teams. You will drive creative excellence, explore new tools and technologies, and ensure delivery of consistent, standout brand worlds across touchpoints.

Qualifications

10 years+ of experience in brand, graphic, or packaging design.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
Strong portfolio across print and brand building.
Experience developing and applying visual identity systems and brand guidelines.
Excellent sketching and concept development abilities; illustration is a plus.
Exposure to packaging, digital, motion, or industrial design.
Strong understanding of social-first content and contemporary visual culture.
Interest or experience in photography and digital content creation is a plus.
Comfortable working across diverse brands, categories, and markets.
