D2B is seeking an experienced packaging designer to create stand-up pouches, cartons, labels and retail-ready packaging for global retailers. You will develop branding and visual assets across multiple product categories, prepare artwork, mock-ups and production-ready files, and collaborate with printers and manufacturers.

The role requires 5–7+ years in FMCG or consumer packaging, a strong portfolio across packaging and digital design, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of experience in FMCG, CPG, packaging or consumer products.
• Strong portfolio across packaging, branding, print, presentation and digital design.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes and prepress requirements.
• Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers.
• Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
