Job summary

3M Mexico City seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead packaging and brand assets for global brands within the Consumer Business Group. You will partner with the design team to translate briefs into concepts and implement brand guidelines across packaging and consumer touchpoints.

You will independently manage multiple projects, collaborate with production art teams and external partners, and contribute to world-class design while supporting business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience focusing on consumer brand packaging.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects with limited supervision and meet plan objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to translate briefs into design concepts.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across packaging and touchpoints.
• Present concepts in meetings and drive final design decisions.
