Job summary

Landor is seeking a Senior Designer to join our Global Design studio. You will lead the exploration and development of strategically driven packaging concepts that balance creativity, brand strategy, and production feasibility.

You’ll collaborate with Design Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative packaging solutions for FMCG and retail, articulating design rationale to clients and internal stakeholders; helping define cohesive design systems and ensuring market impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering consumer packaging and brand-identity projects in a leading branding, design, or packaging agency.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, to develop packaging concepts and execute designs from ideation to production.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills to articulate design thinking and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the exploration and development of strategically driven packaging concepts, balancing creativity, commercial objectives, and production feasibility.
• Champion design thinking throughout the creative process, integrating brand strategy, consumer insights, visual identity, typography, colour, structure, and packaging graphics into cohesive design systems.
• Serve as a trusted creative partner to internal teams and clients, presenting design rationale and driving branding and packaging across touchpoints.
