Qualifications

• Experience in brand operations or creative operations in-house.
• Advanced hands-on experience applying AI to operational workflows.
• Ability to partner with technical teams to scope and implement tooling.
• Strong operational instincts and documentation skills.
• Experience with collaboration, project tracking, production workflows.
• Judgment on when process adds value vs friction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Systems mindset and commitment to organization.
• Availability to work aligned with PST hours.
• Experience standing up a new operational function.

Responsibilities

• Build the Brand Operations discipline from the ground up with scalable systems.
• Design workflows improving visibility, prioritization, intake, and handoffs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to scope and maintain processes and tooling.
• Apply AI capabilities to automate tasks and create scalable workflows.
• Evaluate and optimize tools for project management and asset workflows.
• Establish AI governance frameworks aligned with team goals.
• Document and manage team processes for cross‑functional adoption.
• Partner with producers, brand managers, and tech teams for clarity.
• Track performance and identify opportunities to reduce friction.
• Own Brand team process clarity across the organization.
