The Lead Tree - Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team in Angeles. You will coordinate projects, streamline workflows, leverage AI tools, and support digital marketing across multiple brands to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or business degree, 4-6 years in marketing operations, and 1-2 years using AI tools professionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
4-6 years in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
1-2 years hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional environment.
Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of marketing operations and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities
