Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle/engagement marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience working with ESPs and/or marketing automation tools (Iterable or Pardot a plus).
• Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and other channels.
• Run A/B tests across campaigns to identify growth levers and scale them.
• Help report on the impact of engagement programs and iterate improvements.
• Enforce marketing messaging best practices across all channels.
• Work closely with Creative team to ensure alignment on voice across touchpoints.
• Continuously optimize marketing operations processes for efficient deployment.
