Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc. is recruiting a Brand Communications Lead for a premium consumer brand.

You will develop and lead the brand communications strategy, driving integrated planning across media, PR, digital, social, content, partnerships, and key consumer touchpoints to strengthen brand equity and engagement. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimise reputation, measure performance, and deliver high-impact campaigns

Job Description

• Develop and lead the brand communications strategy, creating a distinctive and compelling brand narrative that strengthens brand equity, enhances consumer affinity, and supports both short- and long-term business objectives.
• Drive integrated communications planning across media, public relations, digital, social, content, partnerships, and key consumer touchpoints to ensure consistent messaging, maximise reach, and deliver measurable brand impact.
• Lead media communications and public relations initiatives by cultivating strong relationships with media partners, journalists, industry stakeholders, and opinion leaders to increase visibility, credibility, and share of voice.
• Shape and execute influencer, ambassador, and strategic partnership programmes that amplify brand storytelling, build cultural relevance, and deepen engagement with priority consumer audiences.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to develop insight-led communication plans, manage brand reputation, and evaluate performance through media, brand, and consumer metrics to continuously optimise effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong understanding of media strategy, communications planning, brand storytelling, reputation management, and consumer engagement across both traditional and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing agencies, influencers, media stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while delivering multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to drive strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
