Qualifications

• Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Amazon algorithm, ranking factors, and conversion optimization.
• Experience in listing optimization including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and images.
• Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action plans.
• Ability to take full ownership of a role and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
• Build and manage campaign structures from Auto to Manual to Scaling, improving ACoS, TACoS, ROAS.
• Lead end-to-end listing strategy including titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content, and positioning.
• Define product USPs and content direction with designers for high-converting visuals.
• Conduct keyword research and expansion to improve organic ranking.
• Align PPC and SEO strategies to maximize paid and organic visibility.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute product launch strategies to support ranking and visibility.
• Provide weekly performance insights, reports, and actionable growth plans.
• Coordinate with operations on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
