Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years in merchandising, retail management, or brand management within retail/CPG.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for sales trends and customer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee product placement, displays, and shelf impact across stores.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate promotions and in-store marketing materials.
