Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, Retail Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in visual merchandising within retail, mall, or commercial environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial visual merchandising work.
• Excellent eye for design, layout, and detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.
• Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
