Job summary

Quezon Capital Rural Bank Inc. is seeking a Branch Teller to handle day-to-day financial transactions and deliver exceptional customer service at the branch level.

The role involves processing deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and ensuring accurate documentation, while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with AML/KYC requirements. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred and prior cash-handling experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Process remittances and payments as required.
• Balance cash and reconcile teller blotters daily.
• Enter transactions into the teller system accurately.
• Assist with KYC reviews and file documentation for recordkeeping.
• Support AML monitoring and report suspicious activity when needed.
• Provide courteous service and respond to client inquiries within authorized limits.
