Job summary

Quezon Capital Rural Bank Inc. is seeking a Branch Services Officer to assist the Branch Manager in daily operations at the Rizal (Cainta) branch. The role focuses on cash handling, customer service, and efficient transaction processing.

The BRSO will serve as the deputy in charge, ensuring compliance with BSP regulations and risk controls while maintaining strong service quality and security across all branch activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in branch banking operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, loans, and banking regulations.
• Experience in customer service, risk management, and security measures.
• Proficiency in core banking systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).

The Branch Services Officer (BRSO) assists the Branch Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the branch, with a particular focus on cash operations, transactions, security, compliance, and customer service. The BRSO ensures operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory requirements, and seamless customer service. He/She also serves as the second-in-command in the branch, acting as the designated officer-in-charge in the absence of the Branch Manager.

• Banking Operations – Strong knowledge of cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, loans, and check clearing.
• Regulatory Compliance – Familiarity with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations, AMLA, and KYC policies.
