Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings invites a Branch Service Head to oversee the daily operations of the branch. You will ensure adherence to bank policies, observe internal controls, and assist the Branch Head while marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services.

Your role spans cash management, deposit operations, internal control, marketing, people development, and administrative functions, requiring at least 5 years of branch banking experience and strong supervisory abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch banking operations.

Branch Service Head oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch. He/She ensures that branch operations adhere to the bank policies and procedures and the internal control is observed at all times. He/She assist the Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services.

As a Branch Service Head, she will be responsible for the following:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course, preferably business course
• Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
