Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Branch Service Head to oversee daily branch operations and ensure alignment with bank policies and internal controls. The role supports the Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling bank products and services.

The incumbent will supervise cash, deposits, controls, marketing, and administrative tasks while driving customer service excellence and staff development at the branch level.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course, preferably business course.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
