Responsibilities

• Supports the Service Manager in managing branch operations with focus on vault/ATM cash levels, vault operations and tellering functions.
• Ensures compliance to all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Analyzes and executes service tasks to increase deposits, fees and revenues from bank products; cross-selling referrals.
• Responsible for managing risk to prevent reputational, monetary or other losses.
• Supports the Service Manager in achieving branch service standards through excellent service, fast turnaround, and error-free processing for client satisfaction.
• Manages and ensures productivity and administrative matters meet guidelines, budgets, and limits.
• Coaches and mentors Service Associates to ensure proper training per Management expectations.
