Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Dealer Recruitment Lead to expand and strengthen its dealer network and drive sustained sales growth.

You will recruit, onboard, and partner with dealers, delivering training and ongoing support to ensure performance and commitment. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, demonstrable experience in direct selling or sales, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; for undergraduates with at least 2 years, two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can work independently or in teams; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.

• With experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
