Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a results-driven Dealer Recruitment Lead in the Philippines. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support to expand the dealer network and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; undergraduates with 2 years of supervisory experience may qualify.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or related field.

• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive achievement of sales targets.

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.

• With experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
