We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead dealer recruitment and onboarding, expand our network, and drive sustained sales growth.

You will build strong dealer relationships, provide onboarding and training, and monitor KPIs to achieve targets. The role requires supervisory experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; for undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite.
