Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a capable professional to lead dealer recruitment and onboarding, expanding our network across the Philippines.

You will drive growth by acquiring new dealers, strengthening relationships, and providing ongoing onboarding and development to ensure dealer success. You will monitor KPIs, support achievement of sales targets, and collaborate with teams to deliver training, onboarding programs, and effective dealer engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Graduate of any 4-year course; for undergraduates with at least 2 years, 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
