Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a results-driven Dealer Recruitment Lead to expand and strengthen the network of dealers in the Philippines. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure dealer success and sustainable growth.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience for undergraduates, a track record in direct selling or dealer recruitment, and strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; for undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
