Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a results-driven professional to lead dealer recruitment and onboarding, expanding our network and driving growth across the Philippines.

You will engage with dealers, support onboarding and training, and monitor performance to meet sales targets. The role requires supervision experience for candidates with 2 years in undergrad status, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• With experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
