Job summary

The Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor for its Tangob, Batangas branch to oversee sales and operations for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units while driving strategies to meet targets and enhance customer experience.

You will lead a team, monitor performance, implement marketing activities, ensure compliance and inventory control, and travel within assigned areas as needed to support growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years in sales or branch operations, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, target orientation, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Implement branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and hit targets.
• Achieve branch targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through monitoring and execution.
• Coordinate and monitor branch marketing activities and resource utilization.
• Ensure promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Track inquiries, leads, and conversions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Conduct market monitoring, price checks, and competitive analysis.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory of motorcycles, parts, and assets; maintain availability.
• Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff; conduct regular meetings and evaluations.
• Identify talent and support succession planning for continuity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by company officials.
