Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee the sales and operations of a designated branch in the motorcycle sector. You will drive achievement of branch targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

You will lead the branch team, monitor performance, ensure compliance with policies, manage resources, and collaborate with departments to deliver excellent service and continuous business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Preferably with experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing activities to generate leads and meet targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, ensuring proper documentation and resources usage.
• Ensures implementation of promotions, programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Conducts regular market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors inventory including motorcycles and parts; ensures availability.
• Leads and motivates staff with coaching and support for productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss performance and improvement plans.
• Prepares performance evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
