Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee the branch's sales and operations, driving revenue for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Proven leadership and people management abilities.
Experience in sales and branch operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Implements branch sales strategies and BTL activities to reach targets.
Achieves targets for motorcycle (cash/installment), parts, and repossessed units.
Coordinates marketing, promotions, and merchandising across the branch.
Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversions to maximize sales.
Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Manages inventory of motorcycles, parts, and assets.
Leads and coaches branch staff for productivity and performance.
Oversees regular branch meetings, performance reviews, and development.
