Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor for its Narra, Palawan operations. You will oversee sales, branch performance, and customer engagement, driving growth across motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units.

The role requires leading a team, implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering excellent service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services preferred.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales (cash/installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, documentation, liquidation and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, marketing programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversions to maximize sales opportunities and customer experience.
