Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Branch Manager to lead branch sales, coach a sales team, and drive targets while delivering quality customer service. You will monitor daily activity, build client relationships, ensure compliant processes, and coordinate with other departments to support growth. Training in Ortigas, Pasig may be required.

Candidates should have 2–4 years sales/branch ops, a related degree, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise branch sales personnel to achieve sales targets and productivity goals.
• Monitor daily sales performance, applications, approvals, releases, and account pipelines.
• Implement sales strategies and branch initiatives to support business growth.
• Coach, motivate, and provide performance guidance to Sales Associates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Loan Consultants, and business partners.
• Ensure proper handling of loan applications, documentation requirements, and account endorsements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding account processing and client concerns.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare sales performance reports, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, documentation standards, and data privacy requirements.
