Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations Officer to serve as a universal operations support across branches in the Las Piñas, Parañaque, and Muntinlupa area. You will fill in temporary vacancies, ensure quality service, and perform spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, and COCI.

You should be a graduate with at least 3 years in branch banking operations, have strong risk management and customer orientation, and be willing to be assigned to different branches.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of branch banking operations
• Should have in-depth knowledge of overall branch operations as well as the Bank’s policies and procedures
• Should possess strong risk management skills and good customer orientation
• Must exercise good judgment, good interpersonal and human relations skills, selling and negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be assigned in different branches within Las Pinas/Paranaque/Muntinlupa area

Responsibilities

• Relieves BCM, BSO, CA, or Teller in service operations, credit and control, and administrative tasks.
• Conducts spot-checking on lean branches, CIV, ATM-CIV, and Teller’s Cash & COCI, and monthly counts to ensure compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitors day-to-day operations following policies and procedures to prevent operational lapses in any branch
