Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations Officer to provide universal operations support across branches in Antique. You will act as a reliever and manpower pool, ensuring quality client service and adherence to bank policies.

Key duties include spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, and COCI, and monthly counts of forms, with strong emphasis on risk management and customer orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years of branch banking operations.
• In-depth knowledge of branch operations and the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Strong risk management skills and good customer orientation.
• Good judgment, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to be part of a relieving pool within Antique.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Branch Channel Manager (BCM), Branch Service Officer (BSO), Customer Advisor (CA), or Teller in service operations, credit and control, financials and administrative, branch support, compliance, and control, sales and marketing to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with service standards of the Bank.
• Conduct spot-checking on lean branches, surprise count of CIV, ATM-CIV, and Teller's Cash & COCI, and monthly count of accountable forms to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, internal controls, and regulatory provisions.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure no operational lapses or exceptions in any branch.
