Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations Officer to serve as universal operations support for area branches. You will fill temporary vacancies and ensure high-quality client service.

You will perform spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, Teller’s Cash & COCI, and accountable forms, maintaining compliance with bank policies and controls. Willing to be assigned in Las Piñas/Parañaque/Muntinlupa area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years in branch banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, policies and procedures; risk management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Relieve BCM/BSO/CA/Teller across service operations, credit and control, and branch support.
• Conduct spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, Teller’s Cash & COCI, and accountable forms; ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to prevent lapses/exceptions in branches.
