CBS China Bank Savings in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Service Officer to support the Branch Service Head in day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and internal controls. The role emphasizes accuracy in balancing and servicing customer transactions, especially in the New Accounts section.

Ideal candidates have a background in branch banking, strong customer service, supervisory ability, and willing to be posted in Iba, Zambales.

Qualifications

Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business course.
Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
Willing to be assigned in Iba, Zambales

Responsabilités

Assist the Branch Service Head in day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
Primarily responsible for clearing operations and end-of-day balancing and callback of transactions.
Supervise the New Accounts section, overseeing customer servicing and new account processing.
Acts as Control Officer and Unit Compliance Coordinator of the branch to minimize risks.
Provide coaching and training to personnel and serve as reliever to the Branch Service Head when needed.
